My Weight Loss and Fitness Journey

my 50 lb. weight loss journey

Yes, that’s me.

For years, I was always maintained a healthy weight. As a child and teenager, I was always skinny. Becoming overweight was never something I had to worry about – as far as health and fitness went, I just ate decent food when I was hungry and played volleyball. Other than that, I spent my time shopping with my girlfriends and doing other girly things.

I left for college at around 135 lbs. 4 years later after graduating, I was nearly 200 lbs. Over the course of those 4 years, I had gained a whopping 60 lbs. I went from healthy and fit, to overweight and sluggish. Despite being only 22 years old, I began having a myriad of health issues, including pre-Diabetes. Something had to change.

So, in the middle of the holiday season in 2010, I decided it was time to lose weight. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy, especially starting 2 weeks before Christmas, but I couldn’t wait for New Years’ to start. I knew that if I kept waiting, I was never going to fully commit to losing weight.

I got off to a fast start, losing 20 lbs. my first two months by restricting calories and going to the gym regularly. However, my success was short lived – in late February, I began to plateau.

It was then that I started to look into alternate means to continue my weight loss. I researched various diets and methods, but didn’t find anything that really worked. After a month of not losing any weight, I decided to try diet pills.

I started with Phen375 and the weight began to pile off. Over the next several months, I lot another 30 lbs.

Over that time period, I tried several other diet pills – Capsiplex, Meratol, Adiphene, and Proactol, just to name a few. I also started using some supplements to further boost my weight loss, such as green coffee extract.

As I got thinner, working out became more and more enjoyable. I decided to switch career paths (I was working as a paralegal and was considering going to law school once I had enough money saved up – I may still do that a few years down the road) and become a full time personal trainer.

It’s now a few years later, and I’m down to my old weight of 135 lbs., but in better shape than ever before. Over the past few years, I’ve trained dozens of clients at my local gym and even done some online consultations with people from out of my area. Over time, I’ve become an expert on diet pills, if I do say so myself. I’ve successfully helped a number of people lose weight and keep it off, by properly supplementing their diets with the right pills.

It was for this reason I started this site – to further spread the word on how to properly use the right diet pills for fast and effortless long-term weight loss.
